Fryma e Dashurise was established in 1998, as a non-profit organization under Law No. 7850 dated 29.07.1994 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Albania.
The Spirit of Love Foundation is a charitable, independent, non-profit, non-governmental, non-political organization founded under the direction of Beatitude Archbishop Anastasios and the leaders of the newly resurrected Orthodox Autocephalous Church of Albania. The Foundation offers humanitarian assistance, with a spirit of unconditional love and to all levels of the population equally, without distinction for political, gender, religious or age-related differences in order to elevate the society educationally, socially and culturally.
